Pros

Company pays decently and the benefits are better than most companies. The bonus structure was good until it changed. Great support from avp'avp' and higher.

Cons

Horrible work/life balance. Extreme micro-managing and lack of leadership being on the same page makes it hard to do your job correctly.

Pros

great captive relationships and numerous products to offer other than just chasing contracts. Always able to bring value to the customer. Excellent benefits.

Cons

Territories are huge and with the products and services needed to cover daily at each stop being numerous, it makes for a difficult time hitting everyone in a timely manner. Management allows very few office days each month so preparation for work days often takes place during after hours and weekends. Extremely high turnover.

Pros

The schedule is good and you can pretty much get off when you need to.

Cons

They don't do competitive pay at all if you look at what other companies are paying compared to this company it's like a $2 - $3 difference. They tell you you have a max of $2400 quarterly bonus you can get they make it seem like the bonus max is easy to hit when the highest bonus I've seen was in like the $900 range. The cafeteria prices are absurd especially since they don't season the food they even charge you for like ranch and cheese. Management is all over the place they seem to always be in meetings like 5 times a day. We got all kind of customer complaints on issues that should've been resolved like over a year ago like how the website reflects the customers have no bill due when they really do so then ppl get mad and annoyed and I don't blame them because you would expect the website to be accurate.
