Pros

The people are great to work with, you get to set your own schedule, the benefits and pay are good.

Cons

Working with dealerships can be tough sometimes. The personalities of the people in dealerships can be rough but as long as you're persistent and have thick skin you can work through it. The company itself has a lot of politics and it seems like a "good ol' boy" way to run it. Sometimes you feel like your on an island and management is not helping you and letting you sink.
