      Decent salary for part-time, 401k after 1,000 hrs, quarterly bonus (based on team performance)

      Cons

      Very stingy on hours and very strict on not giving you overtime

      Pros

      Great Benefits which includes an automatic life insurance policy.

      Cons

      Sick time is accumulated over each pay period (takes quite a few pay periods to accumulate an entire 8 hrs). All team leads are different. Some are real relaxed with rules as some others aren't so some people can get away with more than others.
