Management is terrible in the bankruptcy department , they don't treat everyone the same. They have hired people random from teams to be the team leads and they are not professional at all. They are unfair with the dress code , when the whole other part of the company can wear almost anything they want. The bonuses have not been fair , and the even one of them they messed up the numbers and made us lose out on money. There's so much more but just know working in the bankruptcy department is a NIGHTMARE ! I'm in the process of getting a new job as we speak 😊✌
