Pros

You will have limited advancement if you are a woman and be paid less than your male counterparts. You will be managed by under qualified Caucasian males whose sole purpose is to perform as little work as possible and ensure that they harass you at every corner. A toxic work environment with no HR Involvement.

Cons

Limited advancement for women

Pros

Plenty of room to grow, and management support to do so. Laid back atmosphere. Conducive to positive change. Very positive work life balance if you're willing to accept it (on the flip side, if you want to be a workaholic, you can easily do that as well.)

Cons

Growing pains, mostly; not everything is as mature as some would like. That being said, if it were, there'd be less room for growth. Some departments are resistant to change, but they're fighting against a strong current.
