Pros

excellent balance with home and work life. lots of positive affirmation when job is well done. lots of room to move and grow. wonderful work family. friendly environment. every level of management is super helpful. team leaders actually lead instead of just "managing" their employees. benefits are amazing. management always open to new ideas and suggestions from employees. team effort really encouraged. excellent rewards/perks for job well done (paid movie day for whole company). Decent pay with adequate raises. Nice bonus structure for teams as a whole. No high pressure quotas. love love love it!

Cons

location in arlington...traffic can be quite congested. have to work one late night per week (11-8). and one saturday a month (but it's only half day and you get to leave work on friday at half day too!!!)

Pros

Getting to know fellow co-workers. Someone is always there to help you along the way. Lots of room to grow w/in the company, but you must maintain your current position for a minimum of a year before seeking a different position w/in the company.

Cons

Depending on the department you head into will define the make-up of your 8hr day. Customer Service you're glued to a headset and breaks and lunches are regimented. A subsidy of customer service such as Customer Support/Account Maintenance you're limited on growth for moving upward, not to mention the pay is very little for the amount of work that is required of you. IT - enjoy your stay here, and learn to grow, you'll likely excel. Collections - a dime a dozen, but I hear the bonuses are nice. Asset Remarketing - while it's a small team, it's filled w/ familiar faces who have been together for years. Leasing department is the new hottie next door (literally) but due to it's rapid expansion in just a short amount of time it lacks the leadership you'd hope to find in management. Quite frankly it's hit or miss on who your manager will be. Cross your fingers for the strong players. While it's a new department and is better than some departments w/in the company one can see the gray area that is slowly, but surely, turning black and white. Get in good and network w/ people w/ in the department and you'll set the stage for your path to success there. Just don't fall prey to becoming the average Joe that walks in the door as there are many just like you. Set yourself apart. Compliance - study pace work w/ yet more familiar faces.
