      Pros

      Payed time off, and no micro managing. There is a lot of room for growth. And management who you can tell has been right in your position before, and very willing to help.

      Cons

      The position I am in can be pretty repetitive so you need to have a positive outlook and goal.

      401k matching, vacation, sick days, personal days, floating holidays (I have never seen a company give out so many days off per year), analysts rarely work more than 40-45 hours a week, downtown parking paid for by company

      Cons

      No real analysis done, no structure nor delegation of work from top to bottom, top heavy environment, promotions based on tenure/likability rather than knowledge/skills, lackadaisical environment. Highly underpaid based on the market.
