      I worked here for 20 years and cannot think of anything positive to say.

      Unrealistic expectations from leadership to meet your goals, only two options for schedules, Management will force you to make unethical decisions to hit their goals, Management picks and chooses favorites, Certain managers will harass employees behind closed doors and make them feel like worthless employees if you don’t meet a certain standard, Absolutely no room for growth or to move around, they will tell you they support your growth but then will hold you back by saying you’re not ready or they don’t have time to provide feedback to you.

      Everyone I work with is respectful. Lots of PTO. Hybrid status.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity for advancement at satellite credit centers. Not the best schedule. 2 late nights, every other saturday.

      Great VP. Shes bubbly and makes you feel good.

      Cons

      They monitor everything you do and don’t do while clocked in. If you go to the bathroom longer than you should, you’ll get asked why. They want you to only use the bathroom on your breaks and your lunch.
