      reliable paycheck and stable hours

      Cons

      One of my supervisors treats me unfairly and is a bully. I am not included as part of the team or team activities because of my contract status. Cannot get a clear answer on if/when my position will go perm, like they said it would in the interview. My job is not what they told me if would be when I interviewed.

      Pros

      You will have limited advancement if you are a woman and be paid less than your male counterparts. You will be managed by under qualified Caucasian males whose sole purpose is to perform as little work as possible and ensure that they harass you at every corner. A toxic work environment with no HR Involvement.
