      Some of my peers on my level (non-leadership) were very approachable.

      Cons

      I worked at GMF, During my time there, I observed multiple rounds of layoffs approximately every 2–3 years, Each round disproportionately affected women and employees from underrepresented backgrounds and people of color. For example, in the most recent round, three women and two people of color were part of the reductions. This recurring trend was concerning and contributed to my decision to leave.

      Leadership, bringing over leaders from failed companies in Silicon Valley to have them layoff half of the companies IT department... just to rehire those positions back 6 months later lol - what fools
