      High turnover for a reason

      Pros

      401k matching, vacation, sick days, personal days, floating holidays (I have never seen a company give out so many days off per year), analysts rarely work more than 40-45 hours a week, downtown parking paid for by company

      Cons

      No real analysis done, no structure nor delegation of work from top to bottom, top heavy environment, promotions based on tenure/likability rather than knowledge/skills, lackadaisical environment. Highly underpaid based on the market.

      No Pros. The Funding Department has had a lot of problems with racism . I am gonna spill the tea👍🏾 Even though the Funding Department is 80% African American. We only get 1 % of the promotions. They find many reasons why they don't promote the Blacks and leave them in the same position for years as Funding Specialist, But you see your Caucasian colleagues move up 2 or 3 positions. The higher up don't even say GM or even speak to the Funding Specialist. They never have a budget for team building activities. They have a serious problem with workers Cherry Picking the deals and the moral on the floor is low. So if you are a Caucasian they would love to work with you. If you are an African American keep looking if you want fairness, advancement and to be recognized for your hard work.

      The Actual Company is great. But the Funding Department need the swamp purged.

      Pros

      Starting pay is Great before expensive Benefit deductions.

      Cons

      Culture doesn't match Core Values or initiatives. Lack of integrity in leadership. Mangers and lower level employees are often unhappy with their job environment and look at it as a job and not a long term career because of dissatisfaction.
