      Pros

      Great work environment, always supportive of what you do. Would be a great place for mid to later career. Early career is also great.

      Cons

      If you’re starting out, don’t stay for more than 2 years, you will be limiting your growth trajectory. People are very nice and treat you like family; so, you get comfortable and your growth if you’re really ambitious especially during your early career.

      Quarter bonus, pto, sick, all the time off

      Cons

      Have to clock out to use the bathroom and use your accrual time to cover it if you’re outside your 30 minute break. Micromanaging. Say they don’t count numbers but that’s all you are to them.
