Pros
It is a good place if you are looking for a first time SF position. Your peers and other teams are great to work with.
Cons
The longer one is there, the more likely they will be the sole pillar of knowledge for entire systems. ie with the absence or departure of said individual, development work is halted. Adoption of newer SF technology is really slow. Still uses change sets for pushing to prod. In 2024, they just started building LWCs.
