      Pros

      Being at GM Financial for a few years now, I can say it's the best company I've worked for. The culture and benefits are really top-notch. I've met a lot of interesting peers and leaders that I've learned a lot from. Salary and benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      It's a little heavy on DEI. It can feel a bit racist/sexist with such a strong focus on particular race and gender targets.
