      Great company culture Flexible hours Competitive compensation Frequent reviews so you know where you stand at all times Steady flow of work Teamwork environment - whenever I have a question there is always someone who is willing/able to help me out!

      Sometimes may have to work long hours, but this is typically recognized and rewarded

      Pros

      Very flexible in regards to work/life balance. As long as your work is being completed on time your hours in the office can be tailored a bit to meet your personal needs. Extremely aware of COVID-19 and ensures cleaning is done 2/day or more and employees are separated or working from home. The showroom is by appointment only so we don't have walk-in customers while we have ongoing meetings with clients. Very friendly employees and ownership.

      Cons

      401(k) contributions don't kick in until 1 year of service. I heard that will switch to 6 months soon, though.
