Pros

For Corporate Opportunity: If you are on the right team, you will learn and grow a lot. You potentially can travel quite a bit too. It can be a great opportunity. Last, working at GMR looks good on your resume.

Cons

For Corporate Opportunity: The culture is very social yet can feel like a glorified catty High School. Unfortunately, the culture is also is changing. Next, the client is always right, so support is minimal and hard to come by. Last, some of the executives are cut throat, cold, and lightly put unethical. Be careful with whom you trust.
