      Pros

      Remote work environment for all employees. Heavy focus on DEI. It is a nice place for a first job out of school but not for an experienced worker.

      Cons

      Employee turnover. New processes and procedures are continually being presented but not implemented. Silo'd departments that make communication and understanding clients' feedback difficult. A number of inexperienced managers that do not know how to manage professionals. They will "market" a great job, but exercise caution in accepting a position.

      Pros

      Subject matter is a lot of fun and gives you the ability to work on a lot of national and global companies.

      Cons

      Owned by Omnicom/WPP, there are challenges with hierarchy and different agendas. But welcome to the agency world.
