do not waste time on this company

Cons

this is a company that think you must be always be motivated because it is enough motivation for you to work in this company. "google is your friend", there is no training, in more then 10 years I worked there i have never had any training in to update my skills in software development. Human resources department is nest of snakes . "friends and family company", only friends and family get a salary increase, in more then 10 years i worked there never got a salary increase. narcissistic management retrograde mentality treats employees with contempt.

Pros

Young people company, gender diversity, relatively high responsibility in junior roles (because senior people tend to leave), good work/life balance.

Cons

Hopeless management, very political in terms of promotion, salaries too low to attract more experienced people, high promises in proposals with not so good execution track record. Full team left because of disputes in higher management. Some people work long hours without actually doing much.

Good environment, decent (Spanish-like) salaries for juniors, health care and tickets restaurant allowance to spend on restaurants

Cons

Endless days at work and very poor project management and planning. Extremely hard to promote internally.
