Pros

Many wonderful employees and the compensation outside of salary and commission are competitive.

Cons

Senior and middle management are very inexperienced at their roles. ReSound has always been a boys club and the buddies get promoted. No opportunities for growth and no employee development for those wanting to expand their careers. Pay structure was very competitive at one point but the way they pay their sales people is unfair and all over the place.
