Pros

Some of the colleagues are very nice and kind. Hiring process can be fast and good salary.

Cons

From the brand that I worked for, it is a men-dominated industry. The mid management of my team is really toxic. They tolerate gossiping, bullying and isolating high performers. High performers in my team either quitted or got laid off. The mid management cares more for their positions than the real growth of the organization and blocks innovative decisions. Discriminating is also tolerated at the management level. This brand does not have any good culture or values. Such a shame for a potential brand with a long history and heritage
