Pros

Flexible work schedule with a base hourly pay. However if you are good at what you do then you can easily make an extra $100 a day through commission. There are tons of promos that companies give away free gear and product.

Cons

It can be super slow on a lot of days so you will get to know yourself, bring reading material. You will also encounter a lot of know it alls.
