Minimal supervision, ability to make decent hourly wage through commission, relaxed work environment, ability to eat many times a day, flexible schedule.

Cons

Lack of customers can hurt ability to make decent commission, unrealistic sales goals, told to push certain items such as multivitamins, fish oils and probiotics.
