Pros

Gain knowledge in nutrition. Increase skills in sales.

Cons

LOW pay. Limited mobility. Commission on sales is low and only on selected products (managers get better commission rates).

Pros

1. If you are in the sports medicine field, this will help increase your knowledge dramatically. 2. You learn one on one interaction skills. 3. You make your paycheck. (low volume or high volume...if you know how to talk to people you can sell them pm items) 4. You learn how to manage a business by being the only employee working at any given point of time. 5. When you advance, decent raise along with 401k and benefits. 6. When you advance, you gain more products for pm. All in all, unless you are a motivated person, you will make it nowhere with this company and will more than likely quit within a few months. On the other hand, if you prove yourself to management, your success will continue to rise along with your paycheck.

Cons

1. Minimum wage as a starting rate is horrible anywhere. 2. If you are unsure of the products, you should not be working here. I have coworkers that know nothing about the products they sell and have more returns than some employees have sales. 3. If you do not have good people skills, you will not make it long. 4. You do not get trained as well as you should as the hours are not provided. I was trained in a total of 8 hours over 4 days. Thankfully my major is Kinesiology. 5. The work can be monotonous
