Pros
The work schedule is nice, Monday-Thursday. Although, that's only if they don't have work, otherwise they'll ask you to come in on Friday and even Saturday, maybe Sundays as well.
Cons
They only give you 40 minutes of break time in total. Two 10min breaks and one 20min break. You barely have time to finish eating before you gotta go back to work. They also have you keep track o how many parts you're making to see if you're keeping up with the "target" goal for that hour.
