Lower salary - vacation days very low. Bonus I am Not sure about yet. A lot of positive changes taking place we can see !

Friendly environment which fosters growth & improvement. The company will help you with the costs of materials & exams where other companies will make you pay for yourself. Management gives you plenty of training & guidance and you can ask whenever you have questions.

Cons
