Pros

I can't really say there are many pros. They are 100 years old and operate on that level. Don't expect much support. You can't think for yourself it will be frowned upon, sorry to say no pros.

Cons

Many good minded people have left due to old dust collectors that offer no value but are lucky enough to be backed by ceo. People have titles that are not deserved. Any long time manager here would never make it at a real company.

There are a lot of good people working at this company and they clearly have found a niche market for their products.

Cons

Young employees treated like they are children. Highest turnover among young underwriters who are shown zero respect by upper management. These people are the future of the company and anyone with half a brain gets out ASAP. Bad pay, terrible office, micromanagement.
