Business Outlook
Pros
- Great for learning how to teach, use of technology, and overall product knowledge. - Nearly all the tools you need to succeed as an Instructor. - Useful resources for Continuous Education
Cons
- You will work and work hard. Be careful of burnout. - You have to explicitly say things or nothing gets done. - Upper Management is generally good. Center Managers can be very hit or miss on “managing” skills. - Consistency of information, business wise, is laughable and needs major restructure.
