Hours aren't too flexible. Pay isn't great, all based on commission from sales where 50% of this comes in two months of the year. If you're a good salesman, plenty of other sales jobs where you can can make more than 4% commission on the product you sell. Also very little room or opportunity to move upwards.

The boss of the Scott township golftec is unprofessional and childish. Other than the management pretty solid.
