Pros

The work environment is wonderful. My coworkers are all fantastic, both personally and professionally. The environment is very inclusive, and management has always worked with me proactively to help with accommodations for my disabilities.

Cons

The pay is well below the industry standard for similar roles. In theory it’s possible to receive bonuses if certain budget goals are met, after over three years working here now, I’ve still never actually received one.

Pros

Autonomy: The ability to work from home provides a great sense of independence. Flexibility: Offers a schedule that can adapt to your needs. Great Colleagues: The team is wonderful to work with, even though opportunities to connect may be limited. Passion for the Work: If you love what you do, you'll find it enjoyable and rewarding—this was true for me

Cons

Low Pay: Compensation is significantly below expectations considering the workload. Leadership Advocacy: Leadership rarely advocates for higher pay or improved conditions with the client (this feedback is based on my experience in one specific department/account). Management Communication: Communication from management is often poor and unprofessional. Limited Diversity in Industry Experience: A lack of diverse industry expertise within the team sometimes leads to short-sighted decision-making.
