There are not many pros to working for this company. The best thing is the mileage payment. Also working from home

Bad management Bad higher management This company have no morals and could not care about their staff. Needs a major management overhaul

Pros

I have been working with GP Strategies and I have been given great support and development to become an experienced assessor. I enjoy the freedom to manage my own caseloadI feel fit and have experienced assessors around me to support me in difficult situations.

Cons

Learners can be challenging and sometimes gets frustrating when you can't contact them but this can't be helped by GP.
