Part time and flexible schedule, staff are friendly, customers are friendly

Cons

Low raises often less than 3 percent, NOBPTO, health care isn't good, very hard to advance higher, unrealistic expectations for performance to even get a good raise. Even if you do your job perfectly then some, I was personally told that I wouldn't get the maximum raise. S9 there is a glass ceiling
