Great product and decent compensation.

Cons

No true vision from leadership on the direction the company wanted to go on different items. It was hard to see how my career would grow. There was some toxic cultures within different software teams.

Great health benefits best I have ever seen in my career. High salary.

Cons

Micromanage like crazy. No insurance coverage on product and no FDA clearance on product. Constantly move the targets around to make commission attainment next to impossible for almost all sales people minus a few. They intentionally will say you can make money at plan, but make it next to impossible to get anywhere close to hitting it. Very green leadership that doesn't focus on what is important (big picture). If you want to sit around and just make salary, it is good but if you are a true sales person who wants to make commission this isn't the place for you! (don't bother complaining about it - or you will just put a target on your back). Also a very woke company too!!!

Comp is ok, most people are nice

Cons

CEOs cycle in and out, and lots of employee turnover with each CEO departure. Some people and departments are unstable, impolite, and make life really difficult.
