Smart people, good work culture, good product, interesting to work with. Good benefits (including 2 weeks off per year for most of the company)

Cons

Recent scale down of research over the past year, more focus on production and profitability.

Great mission and poor upper management

Great mission to detect cancer early and improve survival.

Cons

The current upper management has a poor track record of meeting business goals and the non upper management staff are paying the price. The fall-out from the GRAIL-Illumina merger, subsequent spin off, and the resulting layoffs are brutal and were objectively handled poorly and in the worst way possible. Essential and mission critical departments were cut without concern for the business and regulatory implications
