      - Amazing mission - Technology is best-in-class - Employees are very motivated

      Cons

      - Very top heavy, could cut out multiple layers of management and be much more efficient (people doing the actual work are generally outstanding). - Compensation, especially in terms of equity for anyone who is not in the C-suite, has been poorly managed through the spin-out from Illumina.
