Great company culture overall, with smart people in key roles. Mission driven company does come through, with the goal to truly help patients with early cancer diagnoses

Cons

Legacy issues from prior acquisition debacle with Illumina caused headcount reductions and may drive further future decisions. Product still has to prove itself in the market, could be a huge win, or huge failure
