Nothing but words said with no follow up at all. HR is so dysfunctional that they create their own policies on the fly!

The company lacks clear growth paths, suffers from inconsistent leadership and shifting priorities, places little emphasis on software quality, and has gone through multiple rounds of layoffs — good luck!
