The technology and the people are equally impressive

Galleri will be a blockbuster once there is coverage by payers. In the meantime, there is a steep hill to climb, and the pressure is high.

The Galleri Test is revolutionary

Cons

Laid off over 300 people in a 2 minute ZOOM Call. After putting blood sweat and tears they laid off over 300 and cut to the bone with no warning whatsoever, The best of the best for were let go and treated like trash. Leadership doesn’t care about the people, particularly from the top. Disappointed is an understatement.

Good culture, good perks, pay is decent for a biotech company

Cons

Upper management is clueless, has no idea what day-to-day operations look like, and will lay off workers not knowing what they do. Upper management also will not hesitate to lie to middle management. Mobility is also not encouraged; management would hire externally rather than promote eligible employees.
