- Amazing mission - Technology is best-in-class - Employees are very motivated

Cons

- Very top heavy, could cut out multiple layers of management and be much more efficient (people doing the actual work are generally outstanding). - Compensation, especially in terms of equity for anyone who is not in the C-suite, has been poorly managed through the spin-out from Illumina.

Pros

Good work life balance, the layoffs were not well thought out, they just eliminated people who might actually know about FDA submissions and now hiring people again, to fill lower level with even more incompetent people.

Cons

Working with inexperienced people, who have no idea about how a trial is run. They have unblinded teams before time, written SAP after the trial started and made modifications after looking at results.

The Galleri Test is revolutionary

Cons

Laid off over 300 people in a 2 minute ZOOM Call. After putting blood sweat and tears they laid off over 300 and cut to the bone with no warning whatsoever, The best of the best for were let go and treated like trash. Leadership doesn’t care about the people, particularly from the top. Disappointed is an understatement.
