Pros

Super friendly co-workers, tons of challenges, and lots of autonomy . I really feel like my work is valued and meaningful.

Cons

Transitioning from an R&D company to a commercial company -- can be a bit disorganized at times, but it's also a huge opportunity to shape the future of the company.

Pros

GRAIL has a collaborative, fast-paced learning environment. Employees are generally very engaged in their work and excited about the mission of the company. It's a excellent place to learn about new topics and work on collaborative projects that may not necessarily be within your subject area.

Cons

Due to GRAIL's newness, there are still a lot of growing pains within the organization in terms of team structure. There have been many organization changes, which can make it difficult for employees to get their bearings. There are also a few different career cultures colliding at GRAIL, who tend to occasionally work under different assumptions.
