- MISSION-DRIVEN! Everyone here shares the same passion for the company's purpose and objectives. - Pay and benefits are not the best, but good. - Because we're still small, you feel the impact of your work on the company goals.

Cons

- Company isn't very RTO friendly - Growing pains during transitional period - There's a lot of work and there's a lot of stress at time
