Management at this company tends to prioritize hiring individuals who are more compliant rather than those with strong skills and confidence. Unfortunately, many talented employees, particularly minority technicians, have been terminated without clear justification. There is a noticeable lack of leadership, as supervisors often appear uninformed and unhelpful, while team leads are generally more supportive. Contractors were misled with promises of contract-to-hire opportunities that were ultimately not honored. Overall, the company culture is dishonest and toxic, with some staff members exhibiting unprofessional and hostile behavior. I am actively seeking opportunities elsewhere and would strongly advise others to approach this company with caution.
