      Pros

      The benefits are good and the pay is consistent. The affirmations that are given are not followed by any staff. There was fraud called out but a lot I’m sure was over looked.

      Cons

      There isn’t any consistency so you can have flexible management and staff since no one is consistent. There all still trying to figure it out. The pay is NOT enough for the commuting you’ll have to do and the places where you may be questioning your safety.

      Experienced Team, Lean so there is alot to learn, dedicated staff across all departments social enterprise Very Strong Management

      Cons

      Company HQ is primarily remote, if this isnt for you, it isnt for you. However, If you are comfortable with a remote environment, team meetings and management is conducive to a relatively strong culture.
