- Accept recent graduates without experience. - Train on the job. - Fortnightly rota of 7 days, every other weekend off. - Plenty of opportunity to learn! - Friendly colleagues that want to share knowledge. - If you need help, someone is always available.

Cons

- Not many opportunities to grow in the company. - A lot of the time is spent sitting around without much to do. The main role is lines operating rather than engineering. - A lot of empty promises, things like company upgrades, equipment, opportunity.. - Expect to be the one to change lightbulbs, and fix printers for clients.
