- sounded by passionate and smart people who work hard to make the organizations mission a reality - Incredible leadership - A true focus on equity, inclusion, and diversity - innovative workplace that inspires you to do your best work and think outside the box

Cons

- The pay is not always comparable with other solar industry jobs, but this is somewhat made up for by great benefits.
