      Pros

      - Pay and benefits are good. 401k match is fantastic.

      Cons

      - Some leaders care a lot more about themselves than the company. - A lot of lying going on. - No cross-department communication/ collaboration - Every man for themselves - No one seems to care about the company because the company doesn't seem to care about its employees

      Pros

      Job stability and security are the only ones.

      Cons

      Very stingy with raises. Using any excuse to not pay employees what they're worth. No time off pay for maternity leave, but you have to still pay for insurance coverage.
