*Best strategically positioned records management company in the industry. *Privately held *Generous personal days, holidays, vacation, sick time policy *Strong leadership in digital document management

Cons

*Locations are operationally siloed - so while company is large in breadth, a location may have as few as 30 employees - so there is limited room for advancement. *Executive Management at corporate office and Top Management at individual locations often conflict in message and priorities. *Prospecting resources for sales reps are limited

No opportunities for growth, a lack of direction throughout the entire company, and leadership does nothing to boost employee morale. Everyone in this place is miserable; not sure how this company is still in business in a dying industry.

The company cares about its employees, plenty of PTO even for the new hires, and a lot more after 5 years. Pay is comparable to the local job market. A great team of employees is dedicated to their jobs and providing excellent customer service.

Cons

None. As is in any other place of work, there are great days, and you'll love your job, and there are bad days when you want to take a day off.
