Great company match of 401k. Actually, best I ever came across @ a full dollar to dollar match of 6% and fully invested from day 1.... Generous company time off policy.... Family like culture... Independence if you show you are responsible and can get the job done. Once you learn the ropes, it's a good place to be at.

With their rapid expansion in technology and software offerings, there was definitely growing pains.
