No heavy quotas and the people were great and I learned a lot.

Cons

Company has several locations and I think they need to care more about people and not just numbers. Need a good training program.

*Locations are operationally siloed - so while company is large in breadth, a location may have as few as 30 employees - so there is limited room for advancement. *Executive Management at corporate office and Top Management at individual locations often conflict in message and priorities. *Prospecting resources for sales reps are limited
