      Pros

      - Very little oversight from leadership - A lot of opportunity - Decent number of inbound leads - Potential to make a lot of money

      Cons

      - Absolutely no training - No options for remote or hybrid work (does vary by location) - Very little collaboration, pretty much selling on your own - Commissions take a while to be paid out - No real path to leadership - Primary industry is dying and ECM platforms are a dime a dozen

      the accounting team is friendly and approachable minus the controller. offers good experience for someone whos just starting

      Cons

      controller is a rude non social individual who has a complex when his authority comes in question, happens when they have worked their for more than decade and cant thrive anywhere else bc english is also not his primary language. honestly dont see how he has the role of controller when he cant communicative effectly. just doesnt care and also takes leave when he wants with out informing his team. the building is infested with rats and bugs. big on nepotism at the workplace hence very clickish too. growth potential =none

      - Pay and benefits are good. 401k match is fantastic.

      Cons

      - Some leaders care a lot more about themselves than the company. - A lot of lying going on. - No cross-department communication/ collaboration - Every man for themselves - No one seems to care about the company because the company doesn't seem to care about its employees
