Really good people, strong product, and a positive vibe overall. Like any growing company, there are challenges, but it’s fast-paced, collaborative, and a place where your work actually matters.

Cons

Like most growing companies, things can change quickly and not everything is fully built out yet. Priorities shift sometimes and it can feel fast-paced, Left to go work for a friend in a different industry.

- exec team was extremley disfunctional - revolving door t the top and no real experts in the industry were there, seemed like a company trying to sell a dream SaaS product

staff is burnt out. Management is nowhere to be found. Executives are never in office. Management doesn’t understand the product or even know what it is most of the time. The CEO is not a nice person to deal with. Layoffs once a year with minimal hiring being done. No HR. No accountability. Somehow there is always no money. The company will most likely collapse within the next one to two years. Get out and away while you can.
